I am gonna make this as simple as I can for you. Think of it like a house party...
Zero owns the house (aka community and servers)... He likes to throw parties and opens his house up to anyone who wants to come have fun (but he does have some house rules).
<ibis> Clan are his roommates. We help keep the house and guests in line and make sure the parties don't get to crazy.
ULA are long time friends looking out for the homeowner and his roomies.
Everyone else are guests at our house.

We love the fun and crazy parties that happen here but aim to keep things in control so everyone has a fun and memorable time.
