before the draft, you can set your autopick settings. go to your "my team" page and next to your team logo, "Edit Autopick Strategy" will let you choose which position you want to try to pick each round. on the same "my team" page, you can edit your pre-draft player rankings. so let's say you want to draft a running back in the first round, and a qb in the second. set that in your autopick strategy, and arrange the rankings list in order of which players you want for both positions. it'll take the best available player in the position you specify according to your pre-draft rankings. if you're not there for the draft, that system takes over for you.

as stated with the current format i can't change the draft time, espn's one flaw. if enough people would rather do it during the week i have a secondary league ready to go, but invites can only be sent out via email addresses, and you're the only one who sent an email address.

if you are out partying, and have an iphone, the iOS version of the espn fantasy football app has draft capabilities. not the android version, for those of us cool kids :(

i wanted to do the league manager setup, and that's how the 2nd league is. however with that setup, you can only either have it public or invite only. i didn't want random dudes joining, and i didn't have everyone's email addresses so i couldn't do invite only.

i know that...that's why the current league isn't league manager. it's private custom. however only the league manager setup can change the draft time (has commish). hence the inconvenience. and yes, i asked for discussion on the draft time, you two were the only ones who said anything, then you started demanding i get the league up. i set it at a time that would be after work for most anyone who may work on weekends, but early enough to where you could do it and still go out later. i also chose saturday instead of, say, friday or monday to avoid the typical friday right-after-work drinking and avoid conflicts with school/monday morning jobs.

i could always set up another private custom league so we can do password shit again, but of course that would mean eeeeeveryone has to get back on board and i'd need a definite draft time to set it to.

stafford's usually a fantasy stud and with reggie bush in the backfield, they may have a decent run game and also a receiving threat out of the backfield.

gore's solid when he's healthy, and i'm betting he will be. down the stretch he played well with kaepernick adding some balance offensively.

andre johnson, antonio brown, vincent brown (malcolm floyd likely out, and then coming off an injury. at least a solid start to the year cuz he's all san diego has)

other players of note, deangelo williams (sans jonathan stewart...fuckin vulture), james jones (averaged a solid 10 last year, and now jennings is gone), and de facto guys bilal powell, isaac redman, and rashard mendenhall. with an injury or a few good games any of those could be solid starters and i took them in the late rounds.
