Reason to perma ban: ztele from zombie +9 other bans

This guy is the same as Hg*zinh0 in.Br.

He's had 9 prior bans including 2 week and 1 month bans by maynard. The 2 week ban was for ztele from zombies which is exactly what he did in the demo.

He refuses to abide by the rules and it's time for him to take an indefinite leave from the servers.

This guy changes his name every few weeks and tries to pass himself off as a noob when he gets caught doing something he knows he shouldn't be doing. If it wasn't for his trademark "uHauHauHauHau" bind that he spams constantly it would probably work too.

A perma via ULA should be primarily for hackers. As this is a repeat offender, I will vote my ban for a 2 month ban, and let clan decide if they want him in the server.

Understandable, he is well known to use !ztele from zombies. But for future references, we never base votes or opionated votes without visual support. It's recommended to watch the demo, and then vote.
For example, in this case, 1000ticks before, he !ztele'd but not from a zombie. I thought that was the ztele and was going to vote unban. But viewing the demo more, he did !ztele from jimmay later on.

Seems to have missed this thread but i agree with Phil.
