Looked for a while and only saw him killing noobs with no hacks until 66300 where he aims and shoots forward while the gun and bullet hit exactly next to him where an enemy was through the wall.

Yeah, I'd say he's using aim assist with every deagle kill.
He gets nothing but headshots with the deag.
41800, two kills at 44000, 45000, 46000 awp then deagle, 47500, 49200 two kills, 51000, 52500 (ak) two kills, 54500, 62000 awp kills (these are all the kills)
With he AK47 at tick 54500. You can notice the aim assist. He hits the guy with every single bullet. Not in the head, but still, aim assist.
He also snaps hard at Xer's tick. 66300.

Aim assist toggled, better seen with deagle 44k-46k. Weird ass snap 66k.
Walls got little lazy around 61k when he stopped checking the corners like he did previous rounds.
