I am new to being an admin. I know I have to create a poll too but I couldnt find how I do that. I'll keep looking. Help would be appreciated.
If you see mistakes in this thread please reply and warn.

Also I guess I have to ban him for 3 weeks awaiting his perma ban but I also couldnt find that option in admin menu so I banned him for a week.. If someone could explain how to ban more than 1 week that would be great too..

Don't be afraid to ask us other admins how to do this, I wouldn't have prob to show ya.

make sure you put it in Admin Perma Ban Section
Add a poll as you said.
Put the tick mark of player hacking, which starts at 2k
Change the ban length on SourceBans to 1 month
For the reason you don't have to put the rule number, just why like Aimbot.
Also add link to players ban on SourceBans. Example:

Make Title like this:

Cannur | 03-07-15 | 15:07 | STEAM_0:1:51437950

Body like this:

Name in Game: Cannur
Steam-ID: STEAM_0:1:51437950
Where: Pub

I dont know what a tick mark is. So still couldnt start the poll.. And I cant change the ban length. When I try to login on the sourceban page it says wrong password..
