Remove KDR based shuffling, substitute with Hive-based score?

I'm willing to bet Zero has a reason for not having already done this. I'm curious as to what that might be.

Some people today were complaining that the teams were getting stacked by a Hive score of 2:1 from the KDR-based shuffling.

It is because when the plugin was first added to the server hive was and largely still is such a joke at determining skill that shuffle based on hive scores was leading to even more stacked games. Unfortunately, the effect of people seeing large or small numbers causes them to give up before they start and thus lose games that could have gone much differently. As a result some of the KDR games have not been at balanced as intended.

I will again look into switching on the hive based shuffle to see how to does.
