This will be the first year I don't have to put lights up for 3 houses.

I'd show you some pictures, but I seem to have deleted them.

As for what I was for Christmas... A new mouse pad, and a new monitor. And maybe an external harddrive.. But mostly a new mouse pad..

Edit: Found them!

If you are wondering, the one round thing is a retarded smiley face named Bob.. It was late, we were bored..

Samething every year for me. My entire family heads up to my uncles cabin in the white mountains. We spend time together snow board but this year since alot of my cousins are older were gonna try paintballing in the snow. If anyone already done that I need to know what is good equipment to use in freezing weather.

Oh all I want for Christmas this year is a German sheppard puppy.

Otherwise, I would probably like some warmth and lack of snow. (I live in Michigan, we already get snow-a-plenty.)

It's like maynard said. As a kid, waking up to presents under the Christmas tree or in the stockings or under your bed is the greatest part. But Christmas Eve is when Santa Claus is out on his sleigh, when you have Christmas dinner with the family, listen to or sing carols, watch Christmas movies, etc. Great memories.

Santa doesn't exist, you loser.

But it was funny...last night at work, this little kid kept bashing Santa.

Saying he was fat and all.

His mom got upset and pointed to me saying, "Don't say anything bad about Santa, she's an undercover Elf."

He got all flustered and hugged me apologising to me saying he didn't mean what he said about Santa and then he cried.

It. Was. Adorable.

Do you have any idea what it would be like to be surrounded by thousands of people?

It would be insane.. Not the good kind either.. But the bad kind that makes you want to pull your hair out and strangle yourself with it. And for what? To see a stupid ball drop?.. I can do that at home on my HD monitor if I wanted to. It's a lot cheaper to do that too.

I don't know, I'm just not one for large crowds of people..

On a side note, does anyone know of any cheap computer chairs with adjustable armrests? Ones that aren't made out of solid plastic, and don't have mesh backs that would break just by yawning.. I can only find them for about 250-300 dollars, which is ridiculous.

last I checked when you go to a concert it's normally a band you like... hence buying the tickets for it. and your surround sound doesn't even compare in the slightest amount 2 seeing a band live. also you don't really here screaming unless its the person next 2 you, or quite close the band is far louder then the crowd... wow man... you really need 2 like learn some music appreciation and hit up a concert lol. why do you have such a band view on concerts? did 1 steal your high school sweet heart or something?:icon_mrgreen:

You... live with your parents? And your in your twenties?

I did live by myself.

I was on my own in Austin, working at a frame shop.

But then my hours were cut back terribly and I couldn't live off of 10 hours a week.

Rent was 675, plus I had the utilities and shit, and my animals and me to feed.

I tried finding a new job, but Wal*Mart and McDonalds were hurting so bad in the area that they laid people off.

Also about 5 shops closed down, including some restaurants.

I'm moving out in January, sometime.

Going to PA.

I'm from a background where, like Italians, families stay relatively close to each other. Kudos to you for supporting yourself, and I'm glad you have the means to do it. In fact I envy you. But reality is, it is still very expensive, and if given the option, I'd rather hang around for a bit longer until I can set sail.

Honestly, Wicked, it's not a black and white situation with everyone.

Also, aren't you married and with children?

Not children, and I'm 23.

Apparently you only ruffled the feathers of those who are insecure with their living arrangements. I like living with my parents for now. They don't bother me, and I don't bother them. Plus, free food, free cable, free internet, and no rent to pay. It'll change in a month, but still.

It would be nice if I moved back in with my parents everything is free. Buy I got a great apartment with 2 bedrooms and a bath for only 900 (CHEAP AS SHIT) and the internet i leech off of my router just downstairs in the funeral home. And if I want to watch TV, I just go to the club halfway down the block. They got 3 TV's down there so I never miss my shows that play on the same times :)

So much more responsibility living yourself so give your parents some credit kids. understand the true value off the dollar

I don't think my parents are shitty for not treating me like a child when I'm an adult. nothing is free in life. when you become an adult, you become an adult...time 2 buck up. that's the way I see it anyway. if you lose your job (like I have before) you go on unemployment till you find a new 1... it's the entire purpose of it. the only way you're really strait up fucked is if you get fired... but even so, if you get fired, go apply at fast food joints... they're always looking.

adults don't live for free. parents or not, if you're an adult you should act like 1 and be paying rent. your parents have jobs, and they pay bills. they didn't spend a shit ton of money and time raising there kids for them 2 come back home and live for free Lol... I dunno.. I left home when I was 17 and took care of myself so I really don't understand this "I'm an adult but living at home for free" bit.

I'm not trying 2 shit on any 1 who lives at home for free... I personally don't get it... but 2 claim that I have shitty parents cause they treat me like a man and not a kid I think is ridiculous

EDIT

if you're going 2 school I can see the living for free thing.. cause you're better yourself and your future... not only that... school is not cheap... but yeah, that's the only time it really makes any sense 2 me.

eh i probably shouldnt have said "shitty," that was a little too harsh. but i dunno, if i were a parent, i wouldnt charge my child rent if they couldnt live somewhere else. but they sure as hell better be doing something around the house or have a job. if they didnt, then they get the boot. but thats why i live at home for free, i work, go to school, and i do a lot of stuff around the house. but yea, i appologize for that last comment.. didnt mean it the way it came out.

i dont see why people say christmas is to celebrate jusus christs birthday on december 25th when he wasnt born on december 25th.
it makes me laugh on christmas when people have big signs in their front yard that say "happy birthday jesus!" on them.

From what I've heard, He was actually born sometime in March? The Bible doesn't record His birth date. In any case, we've come to accept December 25th as the day to celebrate it. It's tradition.

i believe there is a god but i dont think jesus is our savior.

another note, i find it funny when "christians" portray jesus as god. i thought he was the son of god? for instance on facebook last year one of my baptist friends sent me an invite to join the group "i love god" or something along those lines and the picture was of jesus.

No dude you don't understand. Christians believe in the trinity being that God Jesus and the Holy Spirit are one being... So you can worship Jesus and its totally cool...

For that facebook group, suggest that they add a blank picture or they should change their name to "I love Jesus." And then add and invite me to this group so I can be trollin them.

Isn't there like three things.. God, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost/Spirit?

All of which are somewhat one entity, but separate.. Or something..

What Anex said I guess.
