Why banned: No warning (verbal/text). As far as I'm aware, I didn't break any rules. I was just banned and I couldn't get back in.

Other/Reason to unban: I do not know what I did in the first place, if any rule was broken at all. No warnings were given to alert me to my infraction.

So far its been about 3 days since I have been banned.

Edit: Thank you for responding from before. I just viewed it myself using shift + f2 but I don't see where an aim bot comes into question.

nah myth, nothing personal, its that i got 2 pm's saying you were. but i wasnt too sure if you were or not, the other guys i caught aimbotting were super obvious on demo.

Is the ban permanent is temporary. If its temporary, I'll just wait it out. if its permanent, I would like to appeal the decision.

I would like to add at the time of the game though, my brother was downloading, having a high ping explains the shaking that occurred in the game. (originally thought I was kicked for breaking a ping threshold)

I believe so. I attempted to connect while the server was at 30/31 and the message "Attempted to use a reserve spot" came up. I believe if I was still blocked, I would have received the other message instead. If I attempt to connect later and I am blocked, I'll return to this post. Otherwise thank you all for your quick responses and understanding.

To the best of my knowledge this is the sequence of events.

My brother was downloading while I was in mid-game. My ping jumped to 350+ which caused shaking of the view screen. It was misinterpreted as an AimBot and appropriate actions were taken to ensure the integrity of the game. I misread the message stating "I was banned" instead of "I was kicked for breaking ping threshold". Later attempts to connect showed "I was banned" and after 2-3 days, I came here searching for assistance which I received promptly.
