GGm runing at 66 tik

IDK if anyone has told zero about this but for the past week the GG server has been runing at 66 tik instead of 100

If your rates are not set right you can not take advantage of the 100 tick but it is running at 100tick. Also it will not work if you get <100fps

No rates are set right, they havent been changed, and for the most part I do get 100 fps or more

As can be seen via the attached image somehow I am able to get 100 on the server right now...

Odd, it very well might be my end, ill look into it.

Is it on your in, your out or both?
