Usually a nice restart works. If not, duct tape the fan on your cpu to prevent it from moving. Works wonders for me.

Also a solution for world hunger issues.

make sure you dont have a anti hack program running for a diff game. b/c i have had same prob when i had one up.

i closed steam and i havent had that error yet....
it was just fucking annoying that i lost my senior admin 4 times in a row bcos of that glitch.. not that it matters nowadays anyways!
