so valve / steam declined all 3 diff credit cards i tryed one is pre paid with 100 on it and only trying to buy $30 worth of game plenty cash but not letting me that was pissing my off now i cheack my card balance valve charged me $8.49 to my card and i dident recive shit wtf! i am pissed and steam support has yet to get back to me i am pissed off

A credit card is not prepaid. That would be called a debit card.
