I'll be on css a bit more but i need some other things to make the next 3 months go by fast..

growing and trafficking marijuana??? so what is the crime? George Washington grew his marijuana in his backyard. the majority of the people in prison are convicted because of use of illegal drugs, but never committed a crime. now when they get out of prison they are worse than when they got in. this drug war never worked, if weed is the gateway drug then drinking milk will lead to drinking liquor. this law is fucking bullshit.
Marijuana (hemp), is not a drug but an herb. it has proven to kill cancer cells, and other chronic and or unchronic sicknesses. smoking a regular cigerrette is just as dangerous as smoking a weed-blunt thats the size of a telephone pole. no one has died from intaking hemp.
i had a friend who had cancer. she would'vd had a better chance of surviving if she had taken hemp. i hope they legalize this hemp. produces more ethonal then corn, can make clothing out of it (better quality than cotton), would put dangerous drug companies out of business.

Holy, i'm sorry for what happened to you. you don't deserve to be on house arrest. you don't deserve to be arrested at all. just hope that they pass this bill to legalize it.....

given 1 can't get you high and the other can, there is no general anything. he was growing a controlled substance, and Washington wasn't.... hemp is used for production, all the sails on ships back in the day were hemp, clothing was made of hemp, medicine, plastics, paper, rope, twine... and the list goes on and on. Washington wasn't growing marijuana, he was growing hemp and there's a huge difference. hemp contains about 1% max thc as where standard bud will contain minimum of 10% up to 20-30% depending on strain.

trying 2 claim that Washington and holy are in any sort of the same situation, or that holy is being treated unfairly cause Washington grew hemp is just silly...

Marijuana should not being illegal though is just a joke in it's self given no 1 has ever died from direct use of it in the 4 thousand something years it been used now... that and it's impossible 2 overdose on it lol...

also doctors don't prescribe hemp for cancer patients, they are given bud, and the main reason is cause it helps with the chemotherapy treatment. weed helps with nausea, can get the person hungry so they eat, and is an overall pain duller. it's not prescribed with the hopes that it will chase the cancer away, it just makes the patient feel more comfortable.

Most hemp clothing combines cotton for comfortability. It may be a lot more durable than cotton but is no were near as comfortable.

Saying hemp kills cancer cells is asinine. It help's the body itself combat it through other processes. Studies show that THC in the right doses help reduce tumor growth and stimulate neural growth and cause brain cancer cells to undergo autophagy. There are much better ways to put it to use than outright smoking it (I'm all go for legal smoking of it though. :D ). Take it to the head!

Also saying smoking a cigarette is as dangerous as smoking a blunt the size of a telephone phone pole is fucking retarded. I suggest you go do more research on the short and long term damage of pot smoke to lung tissue. There are actually more co/carcinogens in pot than cigarettes, again THC is inhibiting the repercussions of smoking it. While not causing as many health risks and long term damage it still produces disease and risk.
No one has died from intake of hemp? LOL.. Do you relize some people are actually allergic to THC, some people have died from asthma related causes after smoking it, emphysema, blah blah blah. Taking any from of smoke in your lungs will have some kind of adverse reaction.

Safer than smoking cigarettes? Yes.
Safe without risk? No.
Will this stop me from smoking it? NO.

In my opinion there are more hypothetical and proven points / facts to actually make it a legal CONTROLLED substance.

Sorry bro, but if you weren't growing it for yourself and personal intake you deserve to be under house arrest. Be happy your not in more trouble.

I think we really need to know how old you are before we suggest movies and shows. I am assuming that given your situation "Dazed and Confused', "Half baked", "Friday", and "Up in Smoke" would be good ones.

The statement that no one has died was somewhat valid. Obviously people have allergies to everything. People can overdose on Vitamin C, but to my knowledge you will pass out before you could possibly overdose chiefing. The point is that the inherent risk with living, falls somewhere in the plain with pot use.
