Why can't I see animated png's?

I look at this page in Chrome, Firefox, and IE

None of it looks animated to be, but there are all these replies like "omg i love this one" or that one

Nevermind. It looks like they "take a while" to download. I see some sprays on occasion that are animated. Are these .tga files?

.gif if I recall correctly. They're annoying to make. I tried animating my comic series once.

Technically it is, but you need to do lots of conversions. If someone wants a .gif spray made source friendly, feel free to add me on steam and I can help you guys out.
