holy god, didn't realize demo was that long. it all begins for real after tic 59500, ban made around 100000, hilarity begins at 82200, when he announces the server's ip address to show how skilled he is and how ready he is to 'odst' the place. the ip that...you know...is on the server info window...

I am not sure whether the threat is a permaban offense or not. I copied the rules and it doesn't say anything about threatening to do it, just doing the act itself. So I am not sure, I need clan or ZERO's input really. Maybe another upper admin knows?

I believe a threat is enough for a permaban. If they were just joking then they can come dispute the ban here, however we do not need someone who is threatening to shut the server down playing in the server.

I am going to use my discretion here and vote yes. If this player has a problem let him post an unban request and if we don't see that request then we can assume he doesn't care or was serious.
