Forums lagging browser?

Hey ,
im just wondering whether it's just my own browser doing this, or someone else has the same problem.
Sometimes when i join the forums here, or open a couple ibis tabs, my browser just lags like a MOTHER, and sometimes crashes...
and sometimes, i get a shockwave error??? this only happens on this forums, not anywhere else...

any ideas?

Same thing happens with me on the latest Firefox. I haven't tried any other browsers but whenever I have these forums up, it seemingly lags any other browser applications. I've never had it crash or get any shockwave errors though.

perhaps it is an extension you are using.

I really need to use something other then chrome. There half assed built in flash pisses me the hell off. Its not like I can update flash for chrome either

I'm using Mozilla Firefox and there are times when the forums seems to stop responding, or the page loads but Firefox says something is still loading. Reloading the page usually fixes it. Other then that no issues. Firefox 3.6.23, Shockwave Flash 10.3.183.10
