Reason for perma ban: this is the guy that ive told about he needs to get to get a perma he been asking other players to add them and get to me which he been harrasing me for the most part there are no demos he just needs to be gone

Temp ban is fine but with no demo and just claims of harassment? No perma ban.


III. Perma bans
This is the highest punishment a player can receive. It can only be granted by a relatively small number of Upper Level Admins. Perma bans usually require a demo but always require that the player in question, beyond a reasonable doubt, committed an offense against the server and or community. Like any ban these can be applied but require a 2/3 majority vote from ALL upper level admins. If the ban appeal is denied it can NEVER be made again.1) Violation of the following can result in perma ban without a demo. As long as there is substantial witnesses and physical log evidence

No where in there does it say you can permaban for disrespect.

Get a demo or some permaban worth evidence if you want a permaban.

Scribble put it nicely. Admin disrespect is not an offense for which permanent bans are issued.


I advise you, and any admin who reads this, to refresh themselves with regards to permanent bans and what merits them, and what does not (ie: this thread).

I do want to add that if he keeps harassing players his bans will be longer and eventually perma. Players please remember that you can submit demos and ban requests in the user ban thread.
