View Full Version : iphone 4S ? or wait for iphone 5?

Soooo,
iphone 4S is out , and it is so sweet! gotta love Siri on it!

but the question is , should i invest into getting the 4S now? or wait till next year and get the 5 ?

please, dont start an adroid/iphone/blue-crap-berry war, just a friendly advice on whether the 4s is worth it or no.

c u guys in a week or so in game (exams week:S)

Over the past decade I've gone through 3 phones. If you're going to waste money why not just send it to me instead.

over my whole life (im nearly 22) i went through TWO phones.
a nokia e73 (was released in the middle east WAYY earlier than in north america...), and then a jump to the iphone 4.
sooo, no im not wasting my money, or else i'd just buy the thing and then recklessly buy the other one etc... thats why im asking before investing :D

So you have bought 2 phones over the course of 2 years? A phone per year?

What I mean is that I try to get 3+ years worth out of my phones and not buy into the mentality that I constantly need to upgrade.

Saying it isn't a waste of money because you have only bought two phones is like saying well I've only bought two cars so buying a Ferrari at sticker price with no engine isn't a waste of money.

The only thing that got me off my old phone was that the battery could only hold a charge long enough to make 1 5min phone call a day after having the phone for 5+ years. Also it helped that the Droid came out just at that time and I will be happy with that until I can get one with 4g that also has an unlocked boot loader.

my HTC Evo 4g shift from sprint the battery will last me up to 5 days with out charging it
