Reason for perma ban: Wallhack. Please use mat_wireframe 1 and demo_gototick 40500. The player had just joined around that time.
I got killed with what I call crazy prefire a few times, and noticed him being very consistent with that prefire on everyone else. I sat in spec for a few until the end of the map, watched the SourceTV demo, then decided to put up the ban. Most of the time he very clearly was following players through the walls. The only thing that could form a reasonable doubt was that it's the deagle map, and you can hear footsteps pretty much everywhere, but he did this during lots of gunfire as well, so you be the judge. No previous bans, though... so... first timer?

wall hacks, good catch.
after 40500, he looked through boxes instead of down pathways 90% of the time. I make note of this aside from the obvious tracing of players through boxes.

Sorry scribb. Voting Unban. I watched it 5 times, and yes there is questionable points on the demo. after 40500, it's what 6 or 7 rounds? One point he's hiding behind boxes and it looks like hes looking through ( the point where he kills like 4 Ts), but his teammates are right beside him lookin at the Ts, and I know he is seeing the Ts on radar. If you turn off voice_enable, it does make it easier to hear footsteps too. I saw a couple of questionable points, but the map is predictable, small, and could be luck. I think that there is questionable evidence here, but I believe that the evidence is inconclusive and you need more to warrant a perma ban.

There is no reason to say you are sorry. However, I do disagree with your decision and stick by mine. This is not questionable evidence for me, it is conclusive. His crosshair is tracking people through boxes and he only prefired when the kill was certain. He does not prefire any other place on the map. His prefires were dead on the player model through the box.
I would like to point out that STEAM_0:0:42330563 does not exist on the Psychostats page for gg. I searched for "xoxo" and found STEAM_0:0:11044768. I'm not entirely sure what this means.

if i had a vote it would be yes. i can understand knowing appoximately where enemies are through radar usage, and i can even see the occasional prefire because of it. i do that sometimes. when i just KNOW a guy's gonna be there via radar and/or footsteps, sometimes i'll prefire. however the frequency, accuracy, and walltracing to me just looks like it could be nothing but hacks. if it helps, i prefer r_drawothermodels to mat_wireframe because you can still see the boxes fully intact. overall, if this sort of thing happened occasionally i'd say meh, but the precision he shows in walltracing and prefiring WITH CONSISTENCY is enough for me. walls are tough to catch, and tougher to prove, but this is one of the stronger cases i've seen.

Tough decision on this one but I'll have to vote yes.
