If you want to be able to see what the health of your zombie is in real time follow the instructions below:
For clients to see this text, they must download the file below and place it into 'C:\Path\To\Steam\SteamApps\username\counter-strike source\cstrike\resource'.
Just delete the file to revert to the regular CS:S default version.
