This may not be the "right" way for me to have posted this ban but it is what it is... We all believe he was wall hacking and he might of turned it off since jerm kept saying he was hacking.. but i believe he was def. walling...

I'm glad that jerm took a demo of gg_007_abbey. If I had been banned just for bluesector, I'd have been disappointed.

i just watched the map before the ban, and the map of the ban. i saw absolutely nothing that couldn't be explained by sound or radar. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER ban someone just cuz someone told you to. we don't need fucking sheeple bowing the will of every reg being admins...

i'm sick and tired of watching demos on fluffy, and these new admins who don't know how the fuck to do their job are really getting on my nerves too.

1- i never received any demo from anyone, including jerm , who only wrote me on steam to tell me he had a demo of fluffy NOT wallhacking on wallhacks map :banghead:
2- why in god's name would you ban someone because of someone else, now the ban is YOUR responsability, you never ban anyone if you dont have a demo yourself, and if YOU did not see the hacks happening yourself. if proven innocent ppl are going to flame ur ass btw, just a friendly heads up.
3- if you are admin, which is clear bcos u banned the guy, why is this posted in user section, not admin section?
4- brett cant relocate threads... only uppers and clan can, which he is not part of. However i am, and im still not gonna relocate the thread until it is written properly and with demo ... to summarize, im not gonna move or even look at this thread until it is no longer fail.
5- what makes you assume that uppers admins are looking at the demo? word of mouth from jerm that he is gonna send me a demo? and why me? if you think someone is hacking and u have proof, you post the entire crap in the proper section, in proper format, you do NOT send the demo personally to an upper admin and rely on him to send it to other ULAs. We are unbelievably busy keeping track of the forums, we cant rely on chain of custody with steam messages... or anything rly... follow protocol...

i follow the ibis rules ,and the ibis rules only here.
i follow the protocol, and you should do to.
No where did i tell you that he is not hacking, i wouldnt even know heads or tails of it.
but what i do know is that: the way the guy got banned is COMPLETELY WRONG. hacks or no, you follow the format which you were supposed to fucking read in the TOS when you bought admin...

if you do ban, follow our procedures or it will not be kept.

do not ever, EVER presume you matter more than our rules and procedures. if said procedures are not followed, then your ban is worthless. fluffy has been looked at for a long, long time, and each time it has come back that he is not. i don't know if he is or not, but that doesn't matter here. you messed up. period. instead of getting pissed, try learning from your mistake and improving yourself.

so nway, brett got me these demos , im posting them here for him because he told me that he ran out of space in the forums.

/thread is still closed, the demos above were just for documenting purposes (sent by brett, not a ULA) in case the OP wishes to make the ban thread in proper format this time. if the OP does not recreate a thread with proper format, using these demos or anything that actually sHOWS fluffy hacking, then fluffy will remain unbanned based on the decision made in this thread.
