to clarify the bomb dropped on top of boxes between bombsite b and t spawn inside the building.

someone had dropped a kayakujutsu and it was near the bomb.

vanilla told hotfuzz that he watched me drop the "ward" directly on the bomb even tho i was playing dragon fly.

so can you drop any special nade on objective zone at all?

it seems like the word "spam" was used to point out that you could but if not then omitting it from the rules could clarify this.
