that trailer did not get me excited for the film.

At least I am a big enough star trek fan to look past the shitty trailer and watch the film.

This is not a trailer but a teser. Trailers go though weeks of testing and marketing analsis before release vs tesers just get tossed together to tease the deticated fan base.

The part that I care about was the first few seconds where it said bad robot.

Into Darkness looks like it will be entertaining. I'm interested to see how this new Star Trek universe is going to pan out.

I'm exicted for Into Darkness. Partially because the sexy actors but mostly because I would never have even thought about watching Star Trek if I hadn't seen Star Trek 2009 and been so interested by it. I'm also really interested to see how they take this time twist plot into a sequel and what they do with it.
