Speccing to force auto-switch

Auto balance doesn't even work. Puts the shittiest player from the winning team onto the losing team. Can somebody not figure out how to make it work?

This is not the right place for this. Post it in the server thread you are talking about. And try to at least provide a few more details because I can tell you right now this is annoying an no one will look into it for such a shitty thread.
