for those that keep asking me about hellhunter nades vs wards, this is maynard-sanctionned 5 minutes ago:

to summarize, grenades NOT equal to wards. You still CANT hunternade on TOP of hosties and bombsite, but CAN throw 1-2 into italy/nipper/crack houses, so long as they are : spread out from each other, not blocking all pathways to objective, AND not spammed into the house.

Yes but as he has stated with both italy and crackhouse, you better make damn sure the smoke and fire nades dont hit and/or block the hosties on those maps, which can be really hard to do. Repeated "mistakes" are not allowed.

On crackhouse when I play hell hunter, I love tossing a fire nade into the side windows where Ts like to camp. I'll have to try it on Italy as T and use them defensively; throw a smoke or fire out front of the door to force people through the window.
