Reason for perma ban: Mic spamming, ignoring admins, sixth offense

Joined game, proceeded to ask Gummy repeatedly if his 'jimmies were rustled.' The voice sounded identical to a previous person Gummy banned for hacking. I requested that he stop talking, he didn't. I muted him. He left and rejoined to dismiss my mute. I muted him again after he talked for several more moments and told him not to leave and rejoin, which he immediately did. Banned him for two weeks immediately after this.

Seeking a perma due to his, at the very least, connection to LAWLYOU, a known hacker and because this is his sixth ban. How many more chances should he be given, after all, to correct his ways?

Noone has been able to find a solid correlation between LAWLYOU and this guy. I think a 2 week ban is sufficient. If he comes back and gets another ban, we can lay it on him. Closing as the ban in place is sufficient.
