Ok here's the demo you were asked to shut up yet you went on and on and fact is if I hadn't already had a much more involved incident with you earlier in Aztec I probably wouldn't have been as short with you but being that you targeted me earlier it's only human nature for me to respond in the way I see you and your attitude. I also feel that your intention was to argue with me about the ward touching the house as I had kicked you earlier and you felt like this was your way of making me look bad by arguing the placement of the ward. The ward was touching the stairs as you can see in the demo and the range travels farther than the last part of the ring which is known. You came in defending the ward but after watching the demo it was obvious you could not tell where it ended as your viewpoint was from ct spawn. I told you its not your ward and to shut up yet you continued to elevate the situation once again. Teemo was sending you warnings of admin disrespect in admin chat which did not show up on screen in the demo. Tom arguing with me did not help the situation but he does this every single time he can even if he is wrong for instance telling me 2 weeks ago that putting up an alltalk vote is against the server rules and that I would lose my admin. After talking to Zero about this I realized Tom was wrong. From the minute I entered the server today Armotorn decided to target me in the first 3 minutes asking me who pissed in my wheaties. There was a lot more disrespect with him and sobobi who are both noted disrespectful players although I do not have a demo of that incident so doesn't matter. I wasn't going to ban just gamer for warding the house but planned on kicking him for it and should have said that instead of banned. Reguardless he did not get kicked but Armotorn did the very next map as there was not enough time in the round for me to go through admin commands for kick. Someone will always complain about something but I did ask Armotorn to shut up and wether he liked that or not he did not do it. He knew why he was kicked when the map changed but decided to post admin abuse on me because he didn't understand why he was kicked well the demo obviously warned him first, then kicked him so there was no question as to why he was kicked he simply did not agree with the reason. check demo times starting from 16:85 and focusing on 18:59. Demo is attached. And yes I quit smoking 3 days ago and I am a little on edge but that isn't why you were kicked. You were kicked because you don't listen

I was talking to just Gamer, he was being rude by calling us something, and i told him to not disrespect admins,
I wasn't talking to Armo, he wasn't disrespecting he was standing up for just gamer.

Also Tom slayed someone with tag off by accident, he meant to have it on but forgot, when he did it he said sorry to the person he slayed.
Also don't bring this up for no reason and don't say he kicked the player when he didn't.

Armotorn, I assume you knew he was on edge but you still choose to ask him "did someone piss in your wheaties this morning" then after he warned you and your friend, you tried to use Zero as a defense? I wouldn't even defend you if he silenced you or kicked you on the spot for that remark. Whether or not you meant offense, it came off strongly as such. With his previous warning in mind, after he told sobobi to shut up, you jump in there with "I feel like you shouldn't be able to insult or you know like disrespect them like players" in a tone such as "how dare the admin we have been harassing tell my friend to shutup". Then sobobi pretty much nailed the head on the coffin with his "If you disrespect me I have full rights to disrespect you, you bitch." followed by you saying "That's what I got to say." You both get kicked and you come back wondering why you got kicked. Admin assumed you were still attempting harassment and silenced you.

You lumped yourself in a certain category and then upset that the admin you both have been harassing finally made good on his word?

Also I would expect that an admin would have a little more patience then just immediately jumping to "Shut up or I will kick you" then "Stop talking to me or I will kick you". I was hoping for more maturity but I guess I'm mistaken.

Right. Maturity. Coming from the guy who was sincerely asking the admin, "Who pissed in your wheates" and for someone who doesn't know the other, you sure do act like you do. Did it ever come across your mind not to start shit or was it your full intention to prod and provoke? Seriously. This is not a democracy and the server is not a public forum for said democracy. I'm one of the most tolerant people here next to Satan, next is Maynard, and I would have put a gag on you earlier. Our servers are for people to play in, not for you start shit. You can continue to play to play, idc and neither does anyone else but be mindful of admins and don't do anything to piss of certain admins. If an admin is having a bad day, don't ask him who pissed in his wheaties and then agree with the guy who called him a bitch. Politics that you want to discuss go to forums and playing stays in the servers. Don't ever let the two cross paths because then you will not be having a good day here at IBIS.

There is one more thing I would like to add to this. Armotorn has been constant and relentless with his harassment and every time he does it he acts like hes shocked that I would treat him like this trying to make everyone else in the server think that I am just a hot head which has been working to his advantage like in the end of crackhouse and beginning of cbble yesterday. This kid is relentless and most of the time I just mute him (not server mute simply player list mute) and it's making other people think they can target me as well. I had a guy come in a couple of days ago and tell me he had talked to an admin and i was going to lose mine because I didn't enforce the do your objective rule on someone. I laughed and asked the two other regulars on the server does that sound like me and they laughed as well and said hell no. I'm not going to be unreasonable say like empty or someone who starts hot heading someone at 2:14 on the clock to quit camping or threaten them with a kick or ban..... For god's sake Tom camps all the time he rarely leaves his own spawn until 1 minute on the clock.. So anyway when I tell him I have no idea what he is talking about he calls me a liar and some other well chosen words so I go into spectate to read admin rules on recording a demo. I come back in a few minutes later and it's everything this guy can do to apologize to me saying it might have been another admin bla bla this bla bla that. I told him I was glad he manned up and apologized but at the same time he said some hateful things along the way and I wouldn't forget it but I didn't kick him, gag him or anything else other than watch and record him because this was the 1 and only time I had issue out of this person. If you talk shit especially on a "regular" basis you have to expect to be treated harshly?! this is life and to be expected there is no one that is going to save you from it and yes it does add up. YOU" are not the victim you are the instigator and as the instigator the person you always harass is not going to take your side or show leniency toward you. Keep in mind you are not only pissing off the person you are directing the anger at you are pissing off the entire server (with the exception of the few children who feed on it) and it is disrupting game play and that is why most of us are here is to play the game. Keep in mind that source tv is running a demo all the time and now that I know how to pull them up you will not be able to "Hit" and run acting like your innocent. If you treat me with respect I will treat you with respect for god's sake even Empty and I worked through our issues and found a way to get along why can't the rest of us considering Empty and I HATED each other.

My personal view on camping:

Since there is no defined rule on camping other than "Don't camp" My personal view on it is that if you do not leave yourself enough time to accomplish the objective (usually around 25-45 seconds depending on the objective" I will "ask" you to stop camping. If you tell me to fuck off I will kick you. If you come back and start talking shit I will silence you and warn you of the ban that is about to come. If you are past silence time and continue you will be banned. If you are slow rolling towards the objective I am fine with that. I don't even care if you stay in one spot as long as you are moving forward in the time it takes to accomplish your objective.

The way I feel about harassment:

If you don't like me I have no problem with it. Chances are I don't put you high up on my ladder of people either. If you think that everything I say or do makes you want to vomit then mute me as I have already muted you when I entered the room. I will put anything I have to say in admin in admin say so that you don't have to hear my voice @ all. That doesn't mean that when I change a map or anything you don't like that is when you decide to open your mouth to me. I have the right as the senior admin in the server to change anytime I want. Typically when I change the map I ask for requests and pick the first one as to not go to crackhouse and office 47 times a day. If this pisses you off buy admin as my primary reason to buy admin wasn't to have to deal with whiny children it was actually so I wasn't locked into playing the same 2 maps over and over all day. Trust me when work picks up here in the next month you won't see me on very often anyway but until then I am an admin here and will be treated with the respect of one.
