  • was in my vicinity at the time,
  • must have seen that !block didn't work at the time (and understood as much based on my comment in in-game chat about it not working),
  • didn't receive any complaints from any players in chat or over mic that they were just blocked by me,
  • must have understood that !block didn't work for whatever reason by observation,

and then decided to slay me anyway.

Punishment was unnecessary. He had to have known that. And he slayed me anyway, just because, then didn't care about the facts surrounding why he slayed me in the first place, which is arrogant. Which goes back to my original point,

I have no problem with taking punishments for my actions when I do something that I know is wrong, but I hope my sentiment of "stop slaying/kicking/banning people in the server over stupid shit just to needlessly screw with their good time" picks up a bit of traction and this gets discouraged more in the future.
