Default I have no clue what I done did this time...

So - I was uninstalling stuff off my hard drive because for the past 4 months, I've been at 20GBs of space or less. No, its not a ton of porn or hentai... ANYWAYS
Last thing I remember uninstalling was Neverwinter Nights through the Add/Remove Programs, and as I finished a game of League, Laptop crashed. And then I started getting errors of sorts... such as my Firefox

    Firefox Error.jpg

(This shows up whenever I open new tabs as well)

Also whenever I try to check the properties of something, this pops up now (sorry for not cropping it)

Error for opening properties of anything.png

Thing that boggles my mind the most - whatever happened, uninstalled all my STEAM games, Skype, and a few other programs without my permission. I can't do much at the moment till this evening but yeahh... I have no clue what I did.

Definitely appears to be OS level corruption. You might have uninstalled a program and it removed an essential DLL or broke a Windows update. Running a repair on the OS should fix you up.

Ack. Reloads are always a good time. I'm sure it will fix it as well. Good luck!
