yeah i just check'd my steam and saw that u warned me of that beforehand .

If you only have the KICK command available? what i would recommend is that you get an admin to ban someone for you if they are in game or available to join.

IF there isn't an admin nearby and u're the only living soul that can help?
kick him , and then tell everyone while he's kicked to VOTE BAN him as soon as he joins. Tell them ur ban command is not working and u need them to do so for you, and u take full responsibility for it as an admin.
It buys u some time till u can get this posted and pm us, where we extend their ban by a month
