Figured it out. I have to download a driver from hp that allows me to start fucking with touchpad settings. like even typing this, the cursor has clicked in the middle of the sentence and started typing there. huge nuisence. anyways, its being dealt with so all good. cheers to not getting what you need when you spend crap loads on stuff!!!
