Although my vote means jack shit.....+1 from me!! Great admin, handles everything responsibly, always willing to help the noob admins and what not. Handles LUA scripts quick and efficiently and is training other admins in catching lua scripts. He is 100% dedicated to making the server a better place, and I cant think of another person more capable for the job.

i was in gg earlier, and phil had the balls to proclaim that he was inebriated. i was stunned. that kind of unprofessional behavior is simply not becoming of any member of the human race, much less a ULA, and much less a clan member at ibis. playing this game under the influence of alcohol can only lead to bad things...i mean, look at mikey. look at rico.

i simply cannot support such a person in his attempt to be a clan member. phil, i'm deeply disappointed in you. your alcoholic rampage in the server today was painful to watch. i hope you find the help you need.
