    well made a police report so that if he tries to pawn it it will show up, and he will go to jail. also keeping an eye on craigslist.

    It will be pawned, sold, and used. No one is going to do anything for this type of "petty" misdemeanor. Said person will not go to jail, more than likely a few hours of community service if caught, which said person will not be. The tax dollars are not worth your dad's tire. This is why people in Baltimore chain it through the frame to both tires. Sucks though. :/

    Police will send a notice to local pawn shops. That's how it works. Also called all in the area. And bike shops. Idc how much the wheel is worth bastard deserves to be punished. Also it helps the police see if they need more cops in the area, meta data. I'm also going to put up signs in the area asking for info. I WANT MY WHEEL DAMN IT!
