I am 5'11 and I weigh 175 lbs. Benching 250 1x seems like a very attainable accomplishment considering i put up 235 2x on my 7th set of flat bench just yesterday ty very much. why don't you ask krak who lifted with me yesterday for your "proof"?
As for squatting 550 lbs, everyone has a difference of opinion what a real squat is. If your ass is not at a 90 degree angle, that shit is not a squat.
Unfortunately, in this category I will not boast nonsensical weights of 550 considering i have had physical therapy done for ligament damage in my left knee when I was younger. I am very happy with 4 sets of 10x at 225. Nice clean easy and no pain in the knee.
