do you not understand the purpose of the rule? you start it and we have a server full of Brice ABCD.... one hacker comes in with a name changing script
do you have any idea what kind of a nightmare it is trying to ban that hacker?
just change your name, there are plenty more ways to dick around than this

now, you've rejoined, bought admin, added your tag "so you don't get bitched at" and now your name is Brice Kyu
surely if such similar names is against the TOS then buying admin to avoid being punished it grossly wrong, if it's deemed that you can have such similar names then thank you for contributing to paying for the server
