reason: this kid has been avoiding ban for a long time, but never had the "hard proof" for it before, but finally I do. If you see on the Sourcebans, he was banned 3 times, on 3 different accounts. Same IP address, 142.255.9.200

This guy has alot of accounts, and we are bound to see more to come, so I request perma ban for these 3 accounts and whenever he joins again, which he will, perma ban every single account he uses.
