Should be given out to players to break the rules and disrupt the game. A verbal and admin say warring should be given out in advanced of a kick.

Punishment would be followed by a kick then temp ban if not stopped, being admin and therefore excluded from this in game punishment would be considered abuse. At 26K Tittywang mutes because its bothering him, one player left almost immediately when spamming started and players join and leave right away through the game.

VII. Respect
1) Players that disrespect others
2) Player continuously nags others and continues despite reasonable requests to silence including mutes and kicks

Panda your right about your old abuse post technically speaking it is the same thing, however Jesus did have a point about it being his friend and its usually not that big a deal that way. It may have been unwarranted but it was not done maliciously like yours, two different situations. However in reference to the spamming and his attitude in the second game that is not what I would expect from someone trying to get ULA.
