If you watch the demo though, he clearly wasn't dicking around. He slapped himself up, and was trying to snipe zombies with the scout when they were parachuting into the water.

Use admin privileges sparingly and appropriately.

Seeing as ze_paradise_v1 was on - and RoflLoLmao.ibis.a had turned on chutes - I (I guess unprecedentedly) started slapping myself. I also did slap myself out of the volcano, and stupid me - I did shoot at, but don't recall hitting zombies. Regardless - I had pursued, and achieved the objective of a now superfluous objective - as chutes were turned on. I won't defend what I can't and I understand slapping is a privilege over-used. Sorry.

However - at this point I'd like to point out that I didn't ban Drizzle because he hurt my feelings (I have none).
I sincerely doubt, and cant attest to, that no other admin would simply take being called a "dick" lightly.
Also, after several verbal attempts to make clear to Drizzle that his bullshit would not be tolerated - he persisted.

If any wrong doing was committed on my part, I apologize to the server and server's owners.

Ask any other admin how lenient I am compared to any other Admin here.

Other than being a well-worded, in-format thread - I don't see what you want done being merited.

You still don't disregard policy. I don't care if you slap yourself 7 ways from sunday, but just be sure to stop when asked. The biggest issue I saw was when he called you a dick you banned him immediately. You gave him no warning that he was crossing a line by saying that. If you kicked him and gave the proper reason he was kicked or even said it verbally that you were in no mood to be disrespected, etc, it would have been fine. The point is, there is a documented procedure in place that you did not follow.

Also, I apologize if I misrepresented what you said in any way. That was not my intent. I was exact as I could be, but some portions were difficult with the loudness of areas of the map and people talking over each other. The closest you came to telling him to stop was, "well, you are more then welcome to start a forum post or keep crying about it."
