Or at least explain why going ahead and hard claiming would be a bad idea, considering you already claimed one of the two power roles.

It seems to me that you are just trying to make both power roles out themselves in order to counter you. I really want to know why you are refusing to even allow the chance of being counter claimed. If you can at least give a decent reason, I'll back off but just claiming "town pr" seems pretty scummy when there are only two power roles left, and neither has immunity to conversion.

You already gave out to much information. I don't see what the harm of at least making you a confirmed townie would be instead of an ambiguous, "zomg, I'm a town pr. Don't lynch me unless both town PRs out themselves to counter me!"
