week is a bit harsh but I don't really enjoy people flaming the admins or calling them cunts... it's my job to verbally and more so physically/sexually abuse them.... mainly cyber.

Will look at this again later and maybe dumb down the ban length as I do agree a week is a bit much... going to have xmas dinner now though.
