You can ONLY get it in internet explorer, with the port forwarded to :23 like ftp://wcs.ibisgaming.com:23

It's literally the ONLY usage to internet explorer... EVER.
You go in once in a blue moon, download the demo, close IE, and wash your hands from the sin.
