- people crying about being punished for fucking up and being called out for it.
- people still believing that it's only ULAs and Clan's job to be everywhere, at all times.
- people complaining that clan is watching in spec, everywhere, at all time, instead of playing (refer to point 2...)
- people still not understanding that it's not just our job to let go of real life, of all online interest to simply sit down and play catch with admins who fuck up, when in fact we try to request OTHER DECENT admins to REPORT bad admins for us?... which never happens?
- people still believe that clan members can change the servers and their content without ZERO keyboard-typing it himself?
- people calling other admins names, refusing to own up to their own shit, refusing to work as a team of admins.
- people who just shove the blame up the ladder because they aren't willing to do any part of the work themselves?
- people who... oh ffs, it's the same shit every other week.

SOLUTION:

No seriously, solution:
There's no need for pre-admin exams. We went through that. We allow everyone equal opportunity to be part of the admin community to improve the server. Heck I became an admin on my first day in ibis and look where I got. It's about the mentality. If they fuck up, we as a team of clan/ulas/admins should be working together instead of playing the name game... it's getting old.

I do miss some of the old days but it has NOTHING to do with the servers themselves, but the PLAYERBASE that changed. it's not zero or clan's fault that your game is being shat on by a dimwitt with a mic for example.

It's your responsibility as an admin to clean up your own environment, while ula's responsibility is cleaning up hackers, and clan's responsibility is to make/edit/fix the rules and handle the abuse cases that YOU send us.

Actually it's people like Papi euro and myself that made the server fun and when ever the server was dead we would fuck around a bit and trash like you take it personal. Wth people like us there is an actual chance at winning and beating difficult maps because 1. We can aim 2. We dont run to the end of a map like a little pussy we cover our teams and actually lead. 3. We don't have downs

Rememeber about roughly over a year ago when the server is always dead and there was barely any admins on so people would start breaking rules and shit, then i bought admin and would be on 20/7 and started getting rid of cadebreakers and shithead rulebreakers thus bringing life back to the server.
