If Apex is/was an admin at the time of the offense, wouldn't the slay not have worked? Admins cannot slay one another. The plugin won't allow it.

It does work. Any regular admin can drug, burn, slap, kick, ban and slay you.

If you mean to say this isnt admin abuse no it isnt.
If you mean to say (new) admins can slay other (new) admins because they 'act like a admin', no they CANNOT (or shouldnt, they technicly can)
I didnt know about sm_who, but still if I were to slay a admin multiple times just bcause I thought he wasnt admin, it would help if someone reported me, so a ULA or trusted admin could explain me the rules, with or without punishment.

be quiet, which ever ULA told you, shouldve handled it by simply explaining to the offender what happened, which is exactly what this thread is going to be voted "warn"
