Just trying to get other ideas here other than 1 thing to go by.
Although RB is a generically used mafia role, and thus possible to be the case, it is VERY unlikely that he would bring himself into spotlight like that to call out assassin for no reason. Especially after him being one of the early adopters of "Just because you are a roleblocker, or confirmed roleblocker, does not mean you are town, if anything you are more like to be a mafia goon" philosophy.
But for him to put himself on the spot like that is very non-mafia-like trait at the moment.
And just to tell you something, although it sounds good in theory, it is generally a very bad play to not attack as a mafia, no matter how convoluted it sounds, because you're simply wasting a -1 townie chance for the sake of creating confusion.
In ibis, you don't need to pretend to kill to cause confusion, the players will get confused no matter what, so the whole charade serves no purpose but to satisfy a personal epeen that you didn't need to kill first night. That's all.
And although Niggasis is the definition of "Full of epeens", he wouldn't pull that entire elaborate plan by wasting a -1 on the townies just to confuse us... Claims like Asassin's and your motion for the cop to CC it is enough confusion on its own lol...

surely you mean MOOT point.
or do you SPECIFICALLY mean MUTE point, which is defined as “When somebody in a group makes a good suggestion, but somehow nobody hears it.” . Which is a totally different thing.
Also maybe you can elaborate on that.

Also, isn't a lyncher treated like a joker as a bastard role ? because it ends the game? or simply gives away a partial useless win?
