Turtle messaged me on steam about a guy hacking in wcs server, I was afk, found demo and when he joined game when I came back to computer.

Guy joins around tick 88000, they had trouble getting last person to actually voteban the guy so he stayed in server for a bit.

I went ahead and rebanned him for a month until somebody can perma this guy.

The bouncing that happens is his terrible recoil.
