So Monday morning 12/21/15 in the ibis gg server, i accidently banned hackinplanez for team killing. The map was aim_texture_minitropic and on the second round of the map prylour and prestodimes were doing a knife fight, to where prylour had said he was stuck, he ended up losing the knife even with his ruse. At the start of the next round tick 8300 he then proceeds to tk all of the ct team. At tick 1300 i banned hackinplanez for team killing for 30 minutes, and shortly after prylour left. I thought I had banned the right person, and continued playing. Unfortunately, in my lack of sleep i wasn't aware of his innocence until Dink #KARMA came in at around tick 2600, goes and stays in spec. He doesn't say or do anything until tick 49691 where he says "Texas" on the mic. Then proceeds shortly after by saying, "hey kasp3r" i say "hey" he follows with "are you a steer or a queer" this tells me he looked up my ip to see where im located; whether it be from the ibis gg stats page (to obtain my ip) or some other method and he then searched for it with some version of geolocation. i ignore the comments. he then says "that person you banned for team killing you banned the wrong person" being sleepy i replied "sure?" his reply was, "what? you banned the wrong person, you just banned for no reason" i may have been slurring my words but i replied with "if i pull up the demo i'm not gonna see" and the mic cut off. so what was omitted was "him team killing", he then says "what? i can't hear you" then says "all right, whatever. you banned the wrong person" I said "alright" i should of said i'll look into it but words just weren't forming as fast as my thoughts lol. At about tick 66000 i typed in chat, "lol srly" thinking back he may have thought that it was directed to him since he wasn't able to see admin chat. In admin chat prestodimes had asked if i was using wallhacks. shortly after that i start lagging hard. At tick 68381 i lost my internet connection and got kicked from the server. At this point I'm thinking oh wow my net just crashed, :c that sux must be windy or really fucking cold outside. meh, i'll go make me some ramen. :3 so i go and do that. my net stays down for about 15-20 minutes when it does come up i decided to download the demo for that map and review it so i can see if i really did ban the wrong person. upon reviewing the demo i caught my mistake and immediately fixed it by unbaning hackinplanez and banning prylour. I also had planned on appologizing to hackinplanez the next time i see him. curious as to if it was just me that lost connection or the entire server i continued to watch the rest of the demo. At tick 68700 Dinky #KARMA says on mic "and down goes Kasp3r". Prestodimes then types in chat, "HE LEFT" dinky replies " yeah he left" on mic. prestodimes then types "after i accused of hacking" followed immediately with "lol oops" at tick 71500 he opens his mic and it could of just been me but i hear from another person, "are u sure i kicked him" in the background dinky then says "you accused kasp3r of hacking?" completely unaware of what prestodimes had said in admin chat. prestodimes then types "yes but jokingly in team chat" to which dinky says "oh....oh, ok" prestodimes types "he was aiming thru walls but look ordinary" nothing else is said by dinky afterwards. Oddly at tick 83000 the server starts to lag, and custom s the ninja 1969 leaves at about tick 87500. who is followed shortly by <<{BLS}>>Raven, DEIN VATER, and TwisTeD. At around tick 96300 dinky then joins t side map ends shortly after. i started to watch the demo for the next map just to see if dinky would say anything but nothing, everyone left moments after the map changed. After seeing this i decided to do a check on dinky, as i was speculating that he ddoss'd me and turns out he's previously been perma banned for aimbot http://www.ibisgaming.com/forums/showthread.php/13075. Has several alt accounts 5 of which have been VAC bannned.

just as an fyi, here's the demo he was refering too auto-20151221-045400-aim_texture_minitropic.dem. plus it is the same guy. if you look at the names of the previous ban you can clearly see he has the same names of the accounts

also 6 of the accounts have the exact same ip address. The others have the same first 3 24 bits, which means he's under the same subnet mask and has a dynamic ip address.
