As What said, Scribble was clearly the mafia member. Couldn't have been the godfather though, since he mentions the 'boss'. The good news is our serial killer has no vest now (hopefully? who knows, this is Assassin's game). Since we have an investigator [Little did they know they were being watched from the bushes by someone.], I would say go for it and out the serial killer. Chances are we have a doc.

The ability to hide the victim's body could just be something Assassin tacked onto the killer for some extra utility.
