CS:S has never had great reg regardless of which server you're on.

Regardless, you know there are rules to the server. So what exactly, in YOUR words, makes an admin a good/trash admin??!?!
Inforcing the rules? or just not inforcing the rules against you? Stop acting so disrespectful/entitled and you might start having a good time.
