Tommy doesn't abuse so far that I've seen. Sure he maybe a terrible ZM player, but he's no admin abuser. Not all admins are supposed to be super competent.

2.) Fucking up a cade and admin power abuse are 2 different things. True, he's an admin and shouldn't have done so, but it's far from admin abuse.
