my sisters girly scion was in the pic so i had to crop it out. i thought this was a pretty sweet pic of a beast in its natural habitat though.
this was the day after the snow so it already melted away pretty bad :/

Hey guys quick question. I don't know that much about cars, really I only know how to change the oil. I was looking into getting a new car so I was browsing different used ads and came across a corvette with 102K miles on it, year is 1989. Its only being sold for $7500. Is that good or should I find another car with fewer miles on it?
Heres the pic.

Well, that's a really difficult question to answer. I bought my vette 5 years ago with 35000 mi on it and now it has 40000 miles. It's just a toy and a weekend special etc. If that's your intention then go for it as long as it has a clean intterior, no accidents, and is fairly clean. (take it to a body shop for an analysis, and a trusted mecahnic for the rest)
Now, If you're going to use it daily, then I'd pass! Most people that would buy this car are either collectors or vette enthusiasts that would probably restore it and show it or drive it as I do.
Hope this helped and GL
NC why you'res double posted /shrug
Don't get it. If you like those Corvette body styles then get a 1992 or later which has the LT1 motor. It's a lot more powerful.
