I don't believe I'm perfect, I try to talk to other experienced admins who do their job well (inthebutt, james, mastagunz) and try to base my actions on those who know more than me. It is shown that the random map vote function is a joke, and using it is a stupid thing to do. That's just fact, and you seem to be angry that a "newbie" is telling you the straight up truth. Once again that is not my problem.

I've manned up to my faults, and if someone has a problem they should tell me straight up in PM so I can improve myself and make the servers more enjoyable for everyone. You have a hard time dealing with yours.
